Dan Gentile is a journalist, DJ, electronic music producer and video artist living in San Francisco.
"How to Fish" is an installation by Dan Gentile (Time Zones TV) that incorporates a Eurorack modular audio-visual synthesizer, four CRT TVs and two Pepper's ghosts. Guests can use a mixer to adjust the effects on the raw video feed. A generative ambient soundscape affects the visuals, and a separate headphone channel allows the viewer to hear a pre-recorded Time Zones song with accompanying music video.
