Creative Hackathon: Exploring The New Human
By CODAME.ORG
Imaging The New Human in ten years (2036) What happens when you give artists, designers, coders, and storytellers the same playground — and ask them to imagine what it means to be human in the age of algorithms, biotech, and collective intelligence in ten years (2036) ? That’s what the [CODAME](/orgs/codame) Creative Hackathon is all about. It’s not a typical tech or design sprint. No rigid rules, no coding prerequisites. Instead, it’s a two-day experiment in co-creation : part art lab, part design studio, part speculative fiction workshop. Teams form around ideas, not disciplines — building prototypes, performances, installations, and stories that make invisible futures tangible. Born in San Francisco’s creative tech scene , CODAME brings its hackathon spirit to Milan , bridging communities across continents — artists, dreamers, technologists — all co-creating new ways of being human. Ideas born during the hackathon may grow into full installations showcased during Milano Art Week and Milano Design Week 2026 , and beyond — traveling exhibitions, open-source toolkits, residencies. The New Human is not a reset. It’s an accumulation. Bodies, cultures, memories, and code evolve together — unevenly, imperfectly, alive.
