**NUMIS™ / NUMIS_AI — Artist Biography** NUMIS is a multidisciplinary digital artist working across conceptual photography, generative imagery, AI-assisted music and transmedia narratives. Since 2007, she has developed artistic and educational projects in immersive virtual environments. Awarded First Prize in Mobile Film (Fiction & Advertising) by Gobelins Paris, she brings together a longstanding practice in digital creation and an ongoing exploration of the visual languages emerging from contemporary technologies. Her work investigates the invisible systems shaping human experience: surveillance, attention economies, persuasion, digital rituals and the mechanisms through which images influence perception, desire and collective behaviour. Combining speculative narratives with social observation, she creates meticulously constructed visual worlds in which the familiar becomes strange, revealing the tensions beneath contemporary experience. Rather than treating artificial intelligence as a purely technical tool or an aesthetic shortcut, NUMIS approaches generative technologies as a medium for experimentation, critical inquiry and visual storytelling. Her practice moves between conceptual photography, post-digital aesthetics and speculative approaches to the body, the image and the material world. Her visual language favours tactile realism, unexpected juxtapositions and carefully orchestrated environments that balance visual intensity with conceptual depth. Her project **ANATOMY OF ADHESION™** was selected by public vote for the experimental section of *creAtIva AI Art Book, Vol. 10 - ADS: Advertising Against Advertising*. Conceived as a fictional advertising campaign and visual research fable, the project examines how advertising manufactures attachment, transforms desire into a mechanism of influence and makes persuasion part of everyday life. Rather than focusing on the products being sold, it turns its attention to the systems that make them desirable. Through her practice, NUMIS explores the ambiguous relationship between technological innovation and human agency, questioning what we see, what captures our attention and what remains hidden behind the images that surround us. Her work seeks to create images that are not merely spectacular, but conceptually charged: visual experiences that invite viewers to reconsider the structures, habits and narratives shaping their perception of the world.
