FishSkin Lab
Elisa Palomino's research into fish skin as a sustainable material for fashion. Coastal Arctic peoples have long made clothing from fish skin; the lab studies their resourcefulness and resilience and the material's history and value, and tests through participatory workshops how the craft and its skills can support sustainable fashion.
